We know it’s important for you to be sure everything is genuine, so we provide every means necessary for you to verify authenticity.

Absolutely! We can bring you anything you need from Japan at a very affordable price. We have suppliers of every kind and will check authenticity, condition, etc.—a personalised purchase with all the guarantees of a serious store like ours.

Help! I saw the word “PREORDER” on a product—what does that mean?

It’s simple.

When an item is on its way from Japan to our store, we let you buy it in advance so you can secure your unit—often stock is limited or demand is high.

By buying a pre-order you make sure you don’t miss out.

What happens when the pre-order arrives? Easy—if you chose in-store pickup we’ll call you; if you selected shipping we’ll send it out.

How long does a pre-order take to arrive? Check the product page for the estimated arrival date.

Could I still miss out even with a pre-order? Unlike other stores, we only list items for pre-order when distribution is guaranteed, so your product is safe—barring a catastrophic catastrophe.

IMPORTANT: If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the free-shipping threshold applies separately to each group.

Do you ship?

Maybe you want one of our products but don’t live in Córdoba—no problem! We pack everything super-securely and ship anywhere you are.

Online orders make us happy, so we pack them fast so they reach you ASAP—just choose shipping and off it goes!

Depending on distance, parcels usually arrive within 24–72 h via Correos.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Of course! Before checkout, select in-store pickup. From that moment you can come by whenever you like.

I’m looking for a gift but don’t understand anything you sell

Don’t worry! It’s normal if all the characters look the same, you’ve never watched anything or you call everyone Goku or “that spiky-hair guy.”

No.

There’s no shipping to my city 🙁

No worries! If shipping isn’t available at checkout, contact us here and we’ll sort it out. Islands, abroad, Ceuta & Melilla may need special shipping, but that’s no problem!
