Gold Saucer Club Terms & Conditions

1. What is the Gold Saucer Club?

The Gold Saucer Club is our loyalty program for both online and in-store customers. For each purchase made while logged in, you’ll earn points equal to 2% savings, redeemable as a discount on future purchases.

2. Who can join?

Any adult resident of Spain (or eurozone countries) who registers on our website. If you already have an account, you are automatically part of the Gold Saucer Club.

3. How to join?

Simply register on our website—it's free. You can also sign up in our physical store if you prefer. Remember you must be registered and logged in when purchasing to collect points.

4. How are points earned?

• Each purchase, online or in-store, generates points equal to 2% of the total amount (including taxes).
• You can check your available points in your website user profile.
• Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.

5. How are points used?

• You can redeem accumulated points as a discount on your next purchases.
• Points are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
• They can be applied even during sales or promotions, up to a maximum of 50% of the product value.

6. General rules

• Points are calculated on the final price, after any other discounts or promotions are applied.
• No points are generated for shipping costs or special orders.
• If you return a product, points earned from that purchase will be deducted; if you used points, they will be refunded (provided they haven’t expired).
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Any use of a Gold Saucer Club account by someone other than the holder will result in account removal and loss of accumulated points.

7. Leaving the program

You can leave the Gold Saucer Club from your web account. Note that you will lose any unused points when you cancel your account.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update or cancel the program if necessary, and we’ll always notify you in advance through official channels.

9. Data protection

Using the Club involves processing your personal data according to our privacy policy, available on our website.

10. Fraud

Gold Saucer Store reserves the right to take any actions it deems appropriate if fraudulent or suspected fraudulent behavior is detected by participants who misuse the Program’s benefits.
