General Terms of Purchase

1. Acceptance and availability of the General Terms of Contract

By accepting these terms, you declare that:

a) You are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract, or you have authorisation from your legal guardian. b) You have read, understood and accepted these general terms.

These terms govern the contractual relationship between customers and Gold Saucer Store, hosted at www.goldsaucerstore.com. By placing any order on the website, by e-mail or by phone, you accept these terms.

2. Prices

• All prices include the applicable VAT.
• Prices are exclusive to purchases made on the Gold Saucer Store website. Prices may differ in physical stores, fairs or other platforms due to occasional promotions.
• Gold Saucer Store reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
• Orders must be paid within 72 hours; otherwise they will be automatically cancelled.

3. Payment methods

• Bank card: No additional fees via the secure Redsys platform.
• PayPal: Includes a 3.5 % handling fee on the order amount plus €0.35 per transaction.

Gold Saucer Store neither stores nor has access to your card data.

4. Shipping

• Confirmed orders are processed within 24/48 working hours if the item is in stock and payment has been verified.
• Delivery is considered completed when the carrier hands the product to the specified address and the receipt is signed.
• In case of delays attributable to the carrier, Gold Saucer Store is not obliged to refund shipping costs or provide compensation.
• Where applicable, customs duties or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
• If the customer provides incorrect shipping data that prevents delivery, the extra cost of returning the parcel to the sender and a new delivery will be charged.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 44 of Law 47/2002.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without signs of use.
• Exclusions: Opened products with random content, reservations, custom orders, masks, socks and underwear.
• The customer bears the direct cost of the return except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Gold Saucer Store.
• Returns of defective orders will be handled by replacing the product or issuing store credit.

6. Product warranty

If a manufacturing defect is detected, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Gold Saucer Store will repair, replace or refund the product as appropriate, at no cost to the customer. The return must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

7. Special orders, pre-orders and reservations

• Special orders are firm and non-returnable, except in exceptional cases authorised by management.
• Special-order and pre-order items may be delayed up to 6 months. If this period is exceeded, the customer may request a refund in virtual credit.
• Pre-orders must be paid in full in advance (plus shipping if applicable). When the product reaches the warehouse, the buyer will be notified for collection or home delivery.
• The buyer undertakes to pay attention to all notifications regarding the arrival of the pre-order.
• Loyalty points earned on a pre-order will be credited once the final payment is made.
• Special orders do not generate loyalty points.

8. Lotteries and random products

• Ichiban Kuji tickets and surprise products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once payment is made.
• In case of shipping errors, Gold Saucer Store will cover the correction costs.

9. Limitation of liability

• Damage arising from the use of our products.
• Delays or incidents caused by transport companies.
• Content of external web pages linked from our site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For conflict resolution, the parties submit to the courts of the customer’s domicile.

11. Modification of the conditions

Gold Saucer Store reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice. The applicable conditions are those published on the website at the time of purchase.
