General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Acceptance and Availability of the General Conditions of Contract
By accepting these terms, you declare that:
a) You are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract, or you have the authorisation of your legal guardian. b) You have read, understood and accepted these general conditions.
These conditions govern the contractual relationship between customers and Gold Saucer Store, whose website is www.goldsaucerstore.com. By placing any order on the website, by email or by telephone, the customer accepts these conditions.
Gold Saucer Store makes the email address info@goldsaucerstore.com and the telephone number 611 586 611 available to customers for any questions related to these conditions.
2. Prices
- All prices include the applicable VAT.
- Prices apply exclusively to purchases made on the Gold Saucer Store website. Prices may differ between physical stores, fairs or other platforms due to specific promotions.
- Gold Saucer Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
- Orders must be paid within 72 hours. Otherwise, they will be automatically cancelled.
3. Payment Methods
- Bank Card: No additional fees, via the secure Redsys platform.
- PayPal: Includes a management fee of 3.5% of the order amount plus €0.35 per transaction.
Gold Saucer Store does not store your card details and has no access to them.
4. Shipping
- Confirmed orders will be processed within 24/48 working hours if the item is in stock and payment has been verified.
- Delivery will be deemed completed when the carrier delivers the product to the address indicated and the delivery document is signed.
- In the event of delays attributable to the carrier, Gold Saucer Store is not obliged to reimburse shipping costs or pay compensation.
- For shipments where applicable, customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the recipient.
- If incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer make delivery impossible, the additional shipping costs, both for returning the parcel to the sender and for a new delivery, will be charged to the customer.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 44 of Law 47/2002.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without signs of use.
- Exclusions from return: Opened products with random content, reservations, custom orders, masks, socks and underwear.
- The customer bears the direct costs of the return, except in the case of defects of origin or errors attributable to Gold Saucer Store.
- Returns of defective orders will be made by replacing the product or issuing a credit voucher.
6. Product Warranty
In the event of an original defect, the customer must notify it within 48 hours of receipt. Gold Saucer Store will repair, replace or refund the product as appropriate, at no cost to the customer. The invoice must be included with the return.
7. Custom Orders, Pre-Sales and Reservations
Special orders, pre-orders and reservations are firm orders and do not allow returns, except in exceptional cases authorised by management.
Special orders, pre-orders and reservations may be subject to delays of up to 6 months from the estimated arrival date. If this period is exceeded, the customer may choose a refund in the form of virtual store credit.
In the specific case of pre-orders, the customer must pay 100% of the product’s retail price in advance (plus any applicable shipping costs). This payment is made up of:

80% of the amount paid, which has the nature of a deposit. This amount is used exclusively to secure the reservation of the product and will not be refunded if the cancellation is made by the customer. If Gold Saucer Store cancels the order for reasons not attributable to the customer, this amount will be refunded in full.

The remaining 20% of the amount paid, which constitutes an advance payment towards the final price of the product. This amount will be refunded if the customer decides to cancel. Once the product has been received by the customer, this 20% will be subject to the legal right of withdrawal set out in point 5 of these general terms and conditions.
The customer will be notified when the pre-order product arrives at the warehouse and is ready for collection or shipping. The indicated arrival times are estimates and may be modified due to circumstances beyond the control of Gold Saucer Store.
Placing a pre-purchase or pre-order implies the express acceptance of this payment structure, the legal nature of the deposit and all the conditions described herein.
The buyer undertakes to remain attentive and to have all necessary means of notification available (email, telephone, etc.) to be informed of the arrival of their pre-purchase.
Loyalty points received for the pre-purchase will be credited once full payment for the product has been made. Special orders will not generate loyalty points.
8. Lotteries and Random Products
- Ichiban Kuji tickets and surprise products are not eligible for returns or exchanges once payment has been made.
- In the event of an error in product shipment, Gold Saucer Store will cover the costs of rectifying the error.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gold Saucer Store is not liable for:
- Damages arising from the use of its products.
- Delays or incidents caused by transport companies.
- The content of external websites linked from its site.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the customer’s place of residence.
11. Amendments to the Conditions
Gold Saucer Store reserves the right to amend these conditions without prior notice. The applicable conditions will be those published on the website at the time of purchase.
